Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking an AI Enablement Consultant to drive adoption of Claude Cowork and related AI tools across business units. You will train users, build AI‑enabled workflows, and operationalize use cases with hands‑on development and proactive stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes practical delivery to business stakeholders, with an emphasis on prompt engineering, governance, and scalable playbooks, in a remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or similar).
• Experience delivering user enablement programs and AI training.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions for Claude Cowork users.
• Deliver practical, business-focused AI training and workshops.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and conduct prompt engineering, testing and validation.
• Educate users on responsible and compliant AI usage within guidelines.
• Monitor adoption and propose improvements; scale reusable patterns.
