Job summary

IBM is seeking a cohort-oriented professional to help shape AI teaching and adoption at scale in our New York area offices. You will work on emergent AI practices, authoring agent skills, and sharing knowledge across Copilot, Rovo, Slackbot, and Box AI frameworks.

You’ll design enablement content, pilot new methods, and support Office Hours with practical materials. This role emphasizes quick learning, clear communication, and data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, HCI, or related technical field.
• Ability to learn new, evolving concepts quickly and explain them to non-technical users.
• Strong written communication and basic data analysis skills (Excel or SQL).

Responsibilities

• Experiment with emergent AI-building practices across platforms like Copilot, Rovo, Slackbot, and Box AI.
• Help design and test Recipes and learning concepts for the Toolbox AI Cookbook based on findings.
• Support pilots of new AI practices and document findings and readiness gaps.
• Help deliver enablement sessions and Office Hours, including prep materials and follow-up content.
• Analyze adoption data and summarize results for team and leadership reviews.
• Draft user-facing content and triage questions in Toolbox AI community channels.
