Job summary

Funko seeks an AI Solutions and Enablement Analyst to translate business needs into actionable AI requirements and coordinate cross-functional delivery across Technology, Product, Data, Security, and Business teams. You will drive adoption of OpenAI and Anthropic capabilities, create training materials, and support AI governance and responsible AI practices.

You will coordinate the full software lifecycle from discovery to post-launch support, maintain content for the internal AI community site,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, product operations, technology delivery, Agile delivery.
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, workflow diagrams, test scenarios, and user-facing materials.
Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Hands-on familiarity with OpenAI and Anthropic product ecosystems, including products such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Business, the OpenAI platform, Claude or Claude Enterprise, and the Anthropic platform.
Experience using work management and documentation platforms such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear, actionable AI solution requirements.
Keep the AI team's daily operating cadence, development queue, and delivery commitments moving forward.
Partner closely with the AI Product Solutions Manager, Senior AI Engineer, Technology teams, and business stakeholders.
Balance day-to-day product operations and community support with larger project discovery and delivery responsibilities.
Make AI understandable and usable through practical documentation, training, demonstrations, and ongoing engagement.
Balance innovation and speed with security, governance, responsible AI, and operational discipline.
