Job summary

Funko seeks an AI Solutions and Enablement Analyst to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions. You will coordinate delivery, enablement, and adoption across Funko's enterprise technology landscape, working with Digital Technology, Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Business teams.

You will support AI leadership and collaborate with the Senior AI Engineer and stakeholders to ensure requirements, testing, and post‑launch support are aligned with approved AI capabilities,

Qualifications

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process docs, workflows, test scenarios, and user-facing materials.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into actionable work for Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear AI solution requirements and acceptance criteria.
Keep AI team's operating cadence, queue, and delivery commitments moving forward.
Partner with AI Product Solutions Manager, Senior AI Engineer, and business stakeholders.
