Job summary

Funko is seeking an AI Solutions and Enablement Analyst to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions while coordinating delivery across Digital Technology, Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Business teams.

You will gather requirements, support the AI development queue through SDLC, and help employees adopt approved AI capabilities with training materials and community enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, validating business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum ceremonies and full software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear AI solution requirements and deliverables.
• Keep AI team cadence and delivery commitments on track across programs.
• Partner with AI Product Solutions Manager, Senior AI Engineer, Tech teams, and stakeholders.
