Job summary

Funko, Inc. is seeking an AI Solutions and Enablement Analyst to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions and coordinate delivery across Digital Technology, Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Business teams.

You will gather requirements, manage the AI development queue, and help employees adopt approved AI capabilities with thorough documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business analysis, product ops, or Agile delivery.
• Experience gathering and validating requirements.
• Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process docs.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices and delivery lifecycle.
• Hands-on with OpenAI and Anthropic ecosystems.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into AI solution requirements and user stories.
• Maintain AI product backlog and support sprint ceremonies.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams across delivery lifecycles.
• Develop training materials, guides, and enablement resources for employees.
• Support adoption and governance of responsible AI practices.
