Job summary

Whip Around is seeking an Operations Manager to enhance internal AI tools, support R&D and Engineering analytics, and drive operational measurement across teams. You will help identify AI opportunities, implement repeatable AI-enabled workflows, and ensure reliable, data-driven decision support.

Partner with the Director of Operations and technical teams to monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver practical AI use cases that save time and improve consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, R&D or engineering operations, analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to create or improve business workflows, reporting or processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and translating operational needs into practical solutions.
• Experience working with operational data and using it to produce meaningful reporting or insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Operations in keeping workflows, resources and projects on track and aligned to team goals.
• Track and report on operational KPIs against targets and flag performance gaps.
• Help manage operational budgets, systems and vendors for value.
• Identify new opportunities for AI within assigned areas and design practical solutions.
• Rollout and adoption of AI/automation tools across the team with guides and training.
• Deliver quick wins and establish repeatable processes for monitoring and improving AI solutions.
• Maintain live AI tools with accurate information and ensure reliability.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep AI workflows aligned with data and processes.
