Qualifications

• Hands-on experience improving Customer Success outcomes through AI use cases.
• Experience implementing AI and automation in cross-functional settings.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into reliable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within Customer Success tools to keep workflows on track.
• Track KPIs and report performance gaps to enable corrective actions.
• Help manage budgets and tools for value from systems and vendors.
