Job summary

Amazon is seeking a strategic Program Manager for AI Enablement within the Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) team in Bellevue, WA. You will lead the design of enablement frameworks and partnerships to democratize AI capabilities, enabling teams to build self-help tools and prototypes using business knowledge.

The role emphasizes executive stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and change management with technical fluency to drive AI adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with data analysis and business case development, and managing programs from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Translate the AI enablement vision into executable roadmaps and scalable playbooks.
• Design and implement programs transforming employees into AI-capable problem solvers.
• Build scalable playbooks and role-based pathways to support varying AI proficiency levels.
• Drive adoption of AI tools through internal communications and workshops.
• Partner with Tech teams to scale prototypes into production solutions.
• Enable employees to identify high-impact use cases and articulate business value to Tech teams.
