Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a senior program manager to cover a three‑month leave for a major global consumer brand in Beaverton, Oregon. You will run the day‑to‑day operations of an internal AI lab that supports the sales organization and advance an existing AI strategy.

This is not a build‑from‑scratch assignment. You’ll hold the center of a fast‑moving program, drive the agenda, and keep senior stakeholders informed and aligned while the program matures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with VP and executive-level stakeholders daily.
• Working understanding of AI and its impact on business operations.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity without a playbook.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the internal Sales AI lab and coordinate active workstreams.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Global Technology, BI, Supply Chain, Brand, Legal, and AI governance.
• Communicate progress and business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI tools across the sales organization in partnership with users.
• Read and react to the evolving AI-business relationship to adjust priorities.
• Maintain momentum and continuity of the program during the coverage period.
