Job summary

Whip Around is seeking an Operations Manager to enhance internal AI tools and analytics. You will work with R&D and Engineering to measure performance, implement AI solutions, and embed AI into workflows to save time and improve consistency.

Lead AI adoption across customer-facing teams, translate opportunities into practical AI use cases, and build reliable reporting that informs leadership decisions. This role requires hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows and data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience turning operational data into actionable insights.
• Ability to design and monitor KPIs and dashboards.
• Strong communication of technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and adoption of AI and automation tools across the team.
• Identify practical AI use cases tied to measurable outcomes.
• Deliver early quick wins and establish repeatable monitoring processes.
• Ensure AI tools have access to accurate information and remain reliable.
