Job summary

Fullsteam seeks an Agentic Operations Engineer to embed in a business unit, solving high-leverage problems using AI on our agentic OS. You’ll prototype fast, ship solutions, and document thoroughly so AI agents can act on knowledge. You’ll drive adoption across a skeptical environment and deliver measurable transformations.

The role requires strong domain fluency, production experience with AI tools, and the ability to operate across business, tech, and people disciplines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated personal experience transforming a process, department, or product with measurable before-and-after results.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in production or a business context.
• 1–3 years of software development or programming experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience with improving processes and delivering outcomes.
• Experience operating across business, technology, and people disciplines.
• Track record of shipping early-stage, functional solutions and iterating based on feedback.
• Comfort embedding within an operating business unit with autonomous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage business problems within an assigned BU (P&L lines, bottlenecks, pain points).
• Build and ship working AI solutions on the agentic OS, prototyping fast.
• Encode BU domain knowledge into structured skills and context files for AI agents or hires.
• Drive adoption by demonstration with live demos to stakeholders.
• Publish results and publish learnings, including unflattering outcomes.
• Operate with resilience under resistance while maintaining momentum.
• Deliver measurable before-and-after outcomes from transformation led by you.
