Upwell Revenue Software, Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks an entry‑level Operations Associate on the AI Enablement team. You will work directly with customers and across Upwell's teams to understand workflows and implement them within the platform.

This is a highly hands‑on, customer‑facing role focused on workflow discovery, configuration, testing, and documentation. You’ll use AI daily to solve problems, improve processes, and automate work, with opportunities to grow into higher responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Interest in AI and how emerging tech can improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers by email and participate in calls from the start.
• Support onboarding, implementations, workflow discovery, and ongoing service needs.
• Learn how customers perform their work and the systems they use.
• Translate customer processes into Upwell configurations and requirements.
• Configure, test, and launch customer workflows within the Upwell platform.
• Investigate issues, obtain information, and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation and SOPs.
• Support projects from requirements to completion with stakeholders.
• Test new functionality and ensure real‑world applicability.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve solutions.
• Identify recurring manual work and opportunities to automate.
