Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressive FP&A experience with analytics and AI-enabled processes.
• Strong working knowledge of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented apps.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI projects prioritized by leadership, delivering from requirements through deployment and adoption.
• Translate FP&A problems into clear solution requirements, scope, and success measures, and manage each project to timelines.
• Partner with DT on architecture, data access, security review, and production deployment path.
• Manage project workstreams across planning, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and business partnering use cases.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions, escalating issues when needed.
• Measure and report realized results after deployment and advise on extensions or retirements.
