Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Enablement for Enterprise FP&A to translate AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions across the finance organization.

You will partner with DT and finance leadership to drive AI projects from requirements to deployment, build literacy, and ensure governance. This role emphasizes hands-on building, teaching, and cross-brand collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A, finance transformation, analytics with AI experience.
• Strong FP&A process knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting.
• Hands-on with generative AI; prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Proven AI/automation use case from concept to deployment.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python; familiar with SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan.
• Excellent communication and ability to teach and coach.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI projects prioritized by the VP Enterprise FP&A from requirements through deployment.
• Translate FP&A problems into clear requirements and success measures.
• Partner with DT on architecture, data access, security, and production deployment.
• Manage multiple workstreams across planning, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues promptly.
• Measure results post-deployment and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build prototypes for AI-assisted analysis and narrative generation.
• Develop prompt libraries and reusable components.
• Deliver AI solutions in compliance with VF's usage standards.
