Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems in Niwot, Colorado seeks an AI Enablement Lead to drive AI strategy, governance, and adoption across the organization. You will identify high‑impact use cases, build an AI Champions network, and lead hands‑on AI initiatives that boost productivity and ensure safe, compliant AI usage.

Reporting to the VP of IT, you will work with Sales, HR, Service, Operations, and other teams to define use cases, implement low‑code automations, and measure outcomes like time savings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Hands‑on experience using generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar).
• Experience applying change management approaches (Prosci/ADKAR) to support technology adoption.
• Hands‑on agent/automation building with low‑code platforms; basic scripting (Python or JavaScript).
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavior change through peer/champion programs.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to train and present to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute PMS’s AI strategy and adoption roadmap.
• Establish AI governance for safe, secure, ethical AI use across contexts.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities to improve productivity.
• Build and lead an AI Champions network across functions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of AI projects and pilot rollouts.
