Allstate is seeking an AI Product Engineer to design and operate enterprise AI experiences across Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform. You will partner with security, compliance, and product stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable solutions that boost employee productivity while protecting data.

You will engineer Copilot Chat use-cases, build Copilot Studio agents, and develop Power Automate workflows with robust error handling and monitoring.with strong focus on governance and integration.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts and Responsible AI practices.
• Security and governance experience: Enta ID, permissions/consent, and information protection.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer and support Copilot Chat and Copilot use-cases across Office apps.
• Build and operate Copilot Studio agents and integrate with Copilot patterns.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to operationalize AI outputs with robust error handling.
• Design Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Dataverse) for structured user experiences and dashboards.
• Integrate with enterprise systems via Microsoft Graph and Power Platform connectors; design custom connectors/APIs.
• Implement security and compliance controls and validate data boundaries for AI interactions.
• Establish agent/automation lifecycle management and document runbooks.
• Enable safe AI-assisted content workflows with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Measure outcomes using adoption/telemetry signals and improve based on feedback.
