Job summary

Atmosphere is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to transform AI tooling into streamlined workflows that free teams for creative problem‑solving and client relationships.

You'll partner with product and engineering, map real work, and build tools—custom AI skills, automated assistants, or integrations—starting with the ad sales team and expanding company‑wide.

You'll mentor users, balance process design with tooling decisions, and document learnings to accelerate future rollouts across departments.

Qualifications

• Shipping AI workflows adopted by non-technical users.
• Understanding of agent loops and connecting skills to APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar tools.
• Enough Python or TypeScript to build integrations.
• Strong product instincts and ability to focus on bottlenecks with leverage.
• Experience improving operational processes.
• Clear written communication across specs, prompts, and write-ups.
• Bias toward simple tools that disappear into the work.

Responsibilities

• Embed with internal teams to map workflows end to end and tackle high-impact bottlenecks.
• Tie each build to a measurable business outcome and drive from that metric.
• Design and build agentic workflows on Claude plugins, connectors, and Salesforce stack.
• Build tools that fit existing work patterns and provide one-on-one coaching.
• Capture team inputs and use data to refine prompts, rules, and tool behavior.
• Partner with engineering to decide what belongs in core architecture vs team tooling.
• Advise teams on optimizing processes, software, or AI solutions.
• Document experiments and reusable patterns to accelerate future rollouts.
