Job summary

Atmosphere TV is seeking an AI Enablement Lead in Austin, TX to transform our AI tooling into scalable workflows that free time for creative problem solving and strategic client relations. You’ll partner with product and engineering to extend AI capabilities across departments, starting with ad sales, then scaling to others.

You will map end-to-end workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build practical tools and integrations.

Qualifications

Shipping AI workflows adopted by non-technical users.
Understanding of agent loops and connecting skills to external APIs.
Hands-on experience with Claude, plugins, MCP, or similar.
Python or TypeScript to build integrations.
Product instincts: define problem, pick metric, prioritize bottlenecks.
Experience improving operational processes or untangling messy workflows.
Strong people skills to bring skeptical users along.
Clear writing across specs and prompts.
Bias toward simplicity and seamless tools.

Responsibilities

Embed with internal teams to map workflows end to end and identify bottlenecks.
Tie builds to measurable business outcomes and revenue-driven metrics.
Design and build agentic workflows on Claude plugins, connectors, and Salesforce stack.
Create tools that fit into existing workflows and provide coaching where needed.
Capture inputs with final outputs to refine prompts and tool behavior over time.
Collaborate with engineering to decide core architecture vs team-specific tooling.
Advise teams on whether fix is process, software, or AI.
Document experiments, results, and reusable patterns for faster rollouts.
