Legora is an AI-enabled legal-tech company redefining how legal work gets done. We seek an AI Enablement lead to own a significant slice of that work, managing engineers and translating business needs into action, becoming the go-to for AI across the organization.

This high-ownership generalist role spans Build, Enable, and Govern streams—from rough idea to shipped results—while building relationships and governance to move fast safely.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with technical exposure.
• A few years in a fast-moving environment—ops, strategy, product, or program management.
• Genuinely AI-native, or on the way, with tendency to use AI tools by default.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives across Build, Enable, Govern streams from idea to shipped results.
• Coordinate engineering builds and translate business needs to technical direction.
• Run training, workshops, and documentation to accelerate AI adoption.
