Job summary

LangChain is seeking an Enablement Engineer to teach and support enterprise customers in deploying AI agents on our platform. You will lead live, hands-on workshops, guide customers through architecture decisions, and build internal agents to improve team efficiency.

You will work with LangSmith, cloud environments, and Python to translate complex concepts for developers and executives, travel up to 20% as needed, and help scale enablement resources across customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications with real architectures and evaluation strategies.
• Strong Python, comfortable coding live in front of a customer.
• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role designing and delivering live workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and education for enterprise customers to get them building on the platform.
• Design and run live, hands-on workshops to build real product fluency.
• Run focused advisory sprints for customers addressing architecture or evaluation challenges.
• Build internal agents and tools to scale Enablement operations.
• Create enablement assets (tutorials, references, guides) for scalable impact.
• Represent customer voice to Product and Engineering and stay current on agent practices.
