Job summary

LangChain is seeking an Enablement Engineer to set the technical foundation for customers learning to build reliable agents using LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and LangSmith. You’ll lead instructor‑led workshops and produce practical tutorials and reference implementations.

Your work will partner with the GTM team to ensure customers gain hands‑on skills and confidence to deploy agents at scale. You’ll also build internal tools to streamline enablement and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications and evaluating architectures.
• Strong Python and ability to code live in front of a customer.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops for real product fluency.
• Create enablement assets: tutorials, reference implementations, guides.
• Offer technical guidance and office hours as questions arise.
• Build internal agents/tools to streamline Enablement operations.
