Job summary

LangChain is seeking a seasoned Enablement Engineer to teach customers how to build reliable agents using LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and LangSmith. You will conduct live workshops, author tutorials, and deliver reference implementations, while collaborating with GTM to empower customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with agent systems, strong teaching passion, and the ability to travel up to 20%. You’ll also help develop internal tools to streamline Enablement operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications and designing agent architectures
• Strong Python and debugging live code in front of customers
• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with live workshops experience
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-quality training programs and tutorials
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that build real product fluency
• Create scalable enablement assets: tutorials, reference implementations, guides
• Provide technical guidance and office hours to customers
• Build internal agents and tools to improve Enablement team efficiency
• Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering
• Stay current with agent engineering practices and incorporate learnings into training
