Job summary

LangChain in the United States is seeking an Enablement Engineer to set the technical foundation for new customers, teaching teams to build effectively on the platform and advising on agent development and evaluation as they go.

You’ll lead live workshops, defend tradeoffs, and create scalable enablement assets. The role blends teaching with hands-on coding, including building internal tools and guiding customers from initial setup to production-ready workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications and evaluation strategies.
• Strong Python skills and able to debug live code in front of customers.
• 2+ years in technical, customer-facing roles including live workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and education for enterprise customers to build on the platform.
• Design and run live, hands-on workshops to build product fluency.
• Lead advisory sprints for architecture or evaluation challenges.
• Build internal agents and tools to streamline Enablement operations.
• Create scalable enablement assets like tutorials and reference implementations.
• Represent customer voice to Product and Engineering; stay current on agent engineering.
