Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is looking for an Enablement Engineer to design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that help customers build reliable AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents.

You will create tutorials, reference implementations, and best-practice guides to scale enablement across the organization. You will work closely with the broader GTM organization to ensure customers gain practical skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building LLM/agent applications, including designing agent architectures and evaluation strategies.
• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar) with live workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that build real product fluency.
• Create enablement assets (tutorials, reference implementations, best-practice guides) that scale beyond sessions.
• Offer technical guidance or office hours as questions come up.
• Build internal agents and tools to improve Enablement team efficiency.
• Advocate for customers inside LangChain, feeding feedback to Product and Engineering
• Stay current on agent engineering practices and teach them to others.
