Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to empower non-engineers (Builders) across internal AI initiatives. You will design training, advise on architecture, and ensure production-grade security, testing, and observability for AI-powered apps.

You will build templates, guardrails, and an enablement path that scales builder output while maintaining high standards. This role reports to the VP, Architecture and AI Technologies and is based in El Segundo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with production responsibility.
• Experience building AI applications, including LLM APIs and evals.
• Ability to teach, unblock, and review work of nonengineers with patience.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead training for the Builder Program and advise on architecture.
• Review, harden, deploy builder-created apps with security best practices.
• Define production path and ownership for each app; establish guardrails.
• Create reusable templates and starter kits to accelerate future builds.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams for complex builds.
