Track record reducing operational overhead through automation.
Comfortable blending hands-on casework with peer coaching and upskilling.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform with code/solution reviews, testing, and QA for your own and others’ work.
Apply AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive processes and reduce operational overhead in existing workflows.
Partner with and upskill teammates on best practices, including AI-first approaches to problem-solving.
Own the full outcome of your work, including what AI generates on your behalf, and take on expanding scope as the team's remit grows.
