Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an Access & AI Enablement Engineer to design and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform, weaving AI into daily workflows. You will automate repetitive tasks and reduce operational overhead while mentoring teammates in AI-first approaches.

The role requires deep Salesforce experience (declarative and technical) and a proven record of using automation to streamline enterprise processes.

Qualifications

• Must hold Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certs and Platform App Builder.
• Proven experience with Salesforce in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled automation on the Salesforce platform.

The Experience

Join our team as an Access & AI Enablement Engineer, where you’ll design and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform and use AI as a core part of how the work gets done. You’ll reduce operational overhead through automation, and help your teammates build AI-first habits along the way.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Design, build, and deliver software solutions, with code/solution reviews, testing, and quality assurance for your own and others’ work
• Apply AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive processes and reduce operational overhead in existing workflows
• Partner with and upskill teammates on best practices, including AI-first approaches to problem-solving
• Own the full outcome of your work, including what AI generates on your behalf, and take on expanding scope as the team’s remit grows

You’re Our Person If...

• Proven experience on the Salesforce platform (declarative + technical)
• Engineering background with a demonstrated AI-first approach — you’ve orchestrated AI into a real workflow, not just used AI tools personally
• Track record reducing operational overhead/friction through automation or tooling
• Comfortable blending hands-on casework with peer coaching/upskilling, and validating AI-generated output for correctness, security, and team standards
• Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications, plus proven experience performing Salesforce admin work within a large-scale, enterprise organisation.

• Familiarity with security/access governance concepts (least-privilege, JIT access, SOX-scoped orgs)
