Job summary

World Economic Forum in New York is hiring a Digital Experience & AI Enablement Specialist to drive adoption of digital and AI tools, coach users, and design lightweight automations to streamline workflows.

The role focuses on enabling users, building a peer-driven AI champion community, and collaborating with product teams across global offices. On-site work is required three days per week in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Systems, Digital Business, Technology & Innovation Management, Organizational Change, Communications or related field.
• Experience in digital enablement, user support, learning and development, innovation, workflow improvement, technology adoption, consulting, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of core digital and AI products by enabling users through practical, use-case-based change management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve user productivity through the design and development of lightweight automations, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Help manage a community of internal AI champions that promotes innovation and supports adoption across teams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for user questions and feedback, ensuring efficient adoption and continuous improvement of the user experience.
• Guide users to explore, adopt, and build practical digital solutions independently.
