Job summary

You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to identify AI‑enabled improvements, design scalable roadmaps, and lead delivery with a hands‑on, outcomes‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and organizational effectiveness.
• Accreditation in Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, or change management preferred.
• Experience designing business processes to drive outcomes.
• Able to identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Able to design and facilitate sessions on vision and objectives.
• Develop plans to address client concerns and transformation risks.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
