Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Business Analyst II (AI Enablement) to bridge business and technology teams across AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will craft user stories, document requirements, and guide Agile delivery to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

5–7 years of Business Analyst experience in technology, digital transformation, or enterprise apps.
Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid).
Ability to gather, document, validate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience facilitating collaboration among business stakeholders, technical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify needs, opportunities, risks, and process improvements.
Elicit, document, analyze, and validate functional, nonfunctional, and technical requirements.
Translate challenges into user stories, process maps, and solution recommendations.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Create current-state and future-state process documentation.
