Job summary
Everforth Apex Systems seeks a temporary Senior Associate to advance digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across banking, finance, risk, and human capital management functions. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
Responsibilities include coordinating across teams, supporting product delivery and testing, and developing governance artifacts while leveraging Generative AI to drive use-case
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–6 years of transformation or project roles.
- Experience gathering requirements and partnering with business and tech stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across banking, finance, risk, compliance, and human capital management functions.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements and translate them into roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, product, and vendor teams to drive execution and alignment.
- Support product delivery including testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
- Develop governance artifacts such as status reports, RAID logs, executive updates, steering committee materials, and project dashboards.
- Leverage Generative AI and Conversational AI knowledge to support use case development and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and introduce innovative approaches to transformation.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones with proactive status updates.
