Job summary

hireneXus seeks an experienced Strategic AI FDE Enablement Operations Engineer in New York City to establish and scale AI capabilities across a portfolio of companies. You will work with executives to identify opportunities, design AI-enabled products and workflows, and drive adoption across product development, engineering, sales, and customer operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including large language model APIs, AI agents, RAG architectures, automation platforms, and related development frameworks.
• Proven experience taking new products or technical solutions from concept through development and production, including 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Strong systems integration experience with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and complex data environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies, business processes, and data environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive, technical, and functional leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled products and workflows across multiple business areas.
• Translate business challenges into practical technical solutions from concept to production deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and legacy data environments.
• Advise senior leadership on AI strategy, opportunities, risks, and capabilities.
• Coach engineers and business leaders to build, deploy, and scale AI solutions.
