  • Drive adoption of AI solutions through training, documentation, change management, and close partnership with business and technology teams.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and best practices that accelerate future AI initiatives and create consistency across the organization.
  • Advise senior leadership on AI strategy, implementation opportunities, technical tradeoffs, risks, and emerging capabilities.
  • Coach engineers and business leaders, helping internal teams develop the skills and processes necessary to independently build, deploy, and scale AI solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including large language model APIs, AI agents, RAG architectures, automation platforms, and related development frameworks.
  • Proven experience taking new products or technical solutions from concept through development and production, including 0-to-1 initiatives.
  • Strong systems integration experience with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and complex or fragmented data environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies, business processes, and data environments.
  • Ability to balance speed and scalability, rapidly developing solutions while applying appropriate technical rigor for production environments.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence with the ability to advise senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results in highly ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Coaching-oriented leadership style with the ability to develop internal capabilities while remaining hands-on when needed to accelerate execution.
