Job summary

Cititec is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst for commodities and supply chain operations in Houston. You will drive AI adoption, design intelligent workflows, and deliver data-driven insights across North and South America.

You will partner with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, build AI-enabled processes, and contribute to production deployments, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, finance, operations, technology, trading or related functions.
• Strong reporting, data workflows and process improvement skills.
• Exposure to AI agents, automation pipelines, or RAG-based solutions.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation or intelligent tooling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions and reporting tools.
• Develop data ingestion, transformation and analytics processes.
• Build reusable prompt libraries, AI agent workflows, and automation frameworks.
• Support integration of solutions into production environments with technology teams.
• Drive adoption through training, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
