Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a senior-level Strategy and Transformation consultant to lead organizational change workstreams and deliver AI-enabled transformation programs. You’ll guide leadership on culture, technology, and workforce adaptations, translating insights into measurable adoption outcomes.

Focus areas include change adoption, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy and understanding of AI concepts in enterprise transformation.
• Ability to identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve outcomes and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy and execution for transformation workstreams.
• Run change impact assessments and translate into adoption plans with AI.
• Design workshops for leaders and impacted teams.
• Create executive-ready communications and enablement approaches.
• Establish change adoption KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams.
• Coach junior team members and ensure quality standards.
• Develop change management deliverables including stakeholder maps and governance.
