Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking an ambitious Management Consultant to join the Transformation Management team, driving AI-enabled enterprise transformations across multiple workstreams. You’ll own governance, delivery cadence, and value realization, shaping proposals and mentoring consultants in a high-trust delivery culture.

Qualifications

• Strength in operating model change and transformation governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise transformation programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Own day-to-day senior client relationships; drive delivery outcomes and decision making.
• Establish governance, performance management, and value realization mechanisms at scale.
• Lead planning across phases (mobilize deliver stabilize optimize).
• Support business development through shaping, proposals, and account growth.
• Mentor and develop consultants; build a high-trust delivery culture.
