Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This enterprise role drives end-to-end improvements across Plan-to-Perform value streams, combining Lean process design with AI-enabled automation to deliver measurable SG&A improvements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply DMAIC/DFSS, and establish enterprise standards with Process Intelligence and Celonis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required from accredited institution.
10+ years leading process improvement for Plan-to-Perform value stream.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
12+ years experience in transactional/corporate functions preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification preferred.
Experience with DMAIC/DMADV methodologies.
Strong analytical capabilities with process capability analysis.
Experience with Celonis process mining.
Automation, RPA and AI solutions experience.
ERP transaction processing knowledge.
Change-management certification (Prosci/ADKAR) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
Assess current-state processes using observation, data analysis to identify waste and handoffs.
Establish process visibility, baselines, and measurement integrity.
Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream conditions.
Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) to improve workflows.
Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture for alignment.
Quantify business impact in cost, quality, speed, and productivity.
Coach leaders in continuous improvement and capability building.
Serve as founding ETS Office member, set governance and integration frameworks.
