Job summary

RainFocus, based in Utah's Silicon Slopes, seeks a Group Product Manager for Emerging Solutions to own Sales Module and drive it from a proven workflow product to an agent-ready platform that integrates with Salesforce, Slack, and Claude.

You will shape multi-year roadmaps, align with engineering and GTM teams, manage external partners, and design for personas including account executives and event managers, while shipping AI-enabled capabilities across surfaces.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS product management.
2+ years leading product managers or multi-product teams.
Deep expertise in sales and revenue processes.
Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
Experience shipping AI-native capabilities.
Hands-on with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Track record directing external agencies or integrators.
Domain expertise in sales enablement or event technology.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year vision and go-to-market roadmap for Sales Module.
Lead shift to agent-ready delivery: composable tools and actions for AI assistants.
Own the experience across RainFocus, Salesforce, Slack, and Claude surfaces.
Direct external development partner on the Salesforce app.
Work with product and engineering to sharpen data powering AI-driven insights.
Design for five core personas: account executives, event managers, sales leaders, digital marketers, and channel sales managers.
