Job summary

Accenture seeks a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformations in California, helping clients redesign work, skills, and talent models for an AI-driven future.

You will leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and Talent Intelligence platforms to analyze workforce trends, develop strategic recommendations, and design future-ready workforce solutions for clients in the banking sector and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies across AI-enabled future work.
• Design workforce and talent solutions for AI across hiring, learning, and internal mobility.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI into workforce and operating models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using talent analytics and labor market insights.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions and talent marketplaces.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies to adopt AI over time.
• Support the creation of dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives enabling adoption and sustainability of workforce innovations.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, thought leadership, and client relationships.
