Job summary
Ctrl+ LLC is seeking a qualified professional to define, test and deliver AI-enabled features for a mission-critical enterprise application. You will work side by side with customers and developers, applying Agile practices in a hybrid on-site role in Maryland.
The position requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 6+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of Java/JavaScript, RESTful microservices, AWS, and Jira. You will elicit requirements, translate them into specs and epics, and validate features
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
- Ability to elicit functional requirements from customers.
- Translate requirements into technical specs and Jira epics.
- Perform hands-on functional validation of new features.
- Act as technical liaison across engineers, developers and AI stakeholders.
- Present AI approaches and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in Agile delivery across the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document functional requirements with customers
- Turn requirements into technical specifications, Jira epics and user stories
- Perform hands-on functional validation of new features
- Act as technical liaison across engineers, developers and AI stakeholders
