Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to oversee planning, design, and delivery of a mission-critical AI-enabled enterprise system. The role requires collaboration with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to define capabilities and ensure high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities include hands-on execution, detailed requirements elicitation, and translating them into Jira stories for development teams within an Agile framework,

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Java/JavaScript, RESTful microservices, and AWS.
• Ability to elicit and document functional requirements from customers.
• Translate high-level requirements into Jira stories and epics.
• Experience functional testing of application features.
• Articulate AI approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI/ML advancements and practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system.
• Collaborate with customers, systems engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders to define capabilities.
• Engage with development team and drive Agile delivery throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform hands-on technical execution and feature validation for an AI-enabled enterprise app.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and Jira stories for the team.
