Ctrl+ LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to design, develop, and support retrieval-augmented generation solutions in a secure, mission-critical Linux environment.

You will work with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases, containerize and deploy applications, and manage Helm charts, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Flux CD, Prometheus, and Grafana. This on-site role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and Maryland residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 7+ years experience with BS, 5+ with MS, or 9+ years no degree.
• Advanced Linux command-line skills.
• Recent Python development experience.
• Docker, Podman or containerd.
• Helm and Kubernetes resources.
• LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• GitLab CI/CD, Flux CD or equivalent.
• Prometheus and Grafana.
• Git workflows and code reviews.
• SDLC, automated testing and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
• Work with LLMs, embedding models and vector databases.
• Package and deploy containerized applications.
• Author Helm charts and manage Kubernetes resources.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Flux CD.
• Monitor services with Prometheus and Grafana.
