Job summary
General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer to advance enterprise IT initiatives. The role involves hands-on technical execution, detailed requirements definition, and validation of AI-enabled features within an enterprise application.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
- US citizenship required.
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
- Experience with Java/JavaScript, RESTful microservices, and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, systems engineers, developers, and AI stakeholders to define and deliver mission-driven software capabilities.
- Validate features through hands-on technical execution and functional testing.
- Translate high-level requirements into Jira user stories and epics for development teams.
- Explain AI approaches and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engage with development teams throughout Agile delivery.
