Qualifications

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with experience in ITSM, Service Portals, and scoped applications.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and ServiceNow CSDM model.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of database fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
