Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Product Designer to craft AI-enabled, user-centric experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, conduct research, and drive AI-driven design innovation within a cross-functional team.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll shape design strategy, advocate for AI integration, and build scalable design systems across a complex product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in product design in enterprise, platform, SaaS, digital experiences.
• Experience executing end-to-end product design for complex technical product portfolios in enterprise, platform, or SaaS environments from discovery to launch.
• Proficiency in Figma including AI-enabled prototyping, design systems architecture, governance, component libraries, and tokens.
• Expertise in AI-enabled product design including human-AI interaction patterns, prompt design, rapid prototyping, UX research augmentation, content generation, AI assisted-workflow, and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to craft scalable design frameworks, design standards, interaction patterns and exercise judgment on where to enforce design consistency versus empowering product-specific customization.
• Exceptional cross-functional facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with experience driving discovery sessions, design workshops, and strategic working sessions to create alignment with product, engineering, customer success, and other commercial leaders.
• Strong communication, storytelling, visual presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into executive ready narratives that drive strategic decisions.
• Experience creating and operationalizing AI-enabled design workflows, agents, and automation capabilities that accelerate product design velocity.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end design for AI-enabled product experiences for platforms including web, mobile, and other channels from discovery to launch, accelerating product, design, delivery, and optimization.
• Translate user needs into intuitive workflows, interaction models, and scalable solutions aligned with the product strategy.
• Decompose customer needs and translate them into intuitive, scalable product designs that tie back to the intent of the product strategy.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify customer needs, synthesizing the insights and behavioral data into actionable recommendations.
• Validate concepts through usability testing and define success metrics that inform product design decisions.
