Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in product design for enterprise, platform, SaaS or digital experiences.
• Experience leading end-to-end product design for complex portfolios from discovery to launch.
• Proficiency in Figma including AI-enabled prototyping, design systems, governance, components and tokens.
• Expertise in AI-enabled product design including human-AI interaction, rapid prototyping, and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-led product design across web, mobile, and other channels from discovery to launch.
• Translate user needs into intuitive workflows and scalable product designs aligned with strategy.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Validate concepts through usability testing and define success metrics for design decisions.
• Define and drive cross-portfolio design systems for consistency and accessibility.
