Qualifications

• Ability to establish scalable design standards and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI-enabled product design across web, mobile, and channels.
• Translate user needs into intuitive workflows and scalable solutions.
• Develop and govern cross-portfolio design systems for consistency.
• Collaborate with product, data, customer success and engineering.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
