Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Product Designer to create AI-enabled, user-centric design experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization products. You will drive end-to-end design from discovery to launch, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership and leveraging AI prototyping and design systems.

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive experience in product design for enterprise, platform, SaaS, or digital experiences.
Experience with end-to-end product design for complex portfolios from discovery to launch.
Proficiency in Figma, AI-enabled prototyping, design systems, tokens and governance.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end design for AI-enabled product experiences across web, mobile, and channels from discovery to launch.
Translate user needs into intuitive workflows and scalable product designs aligned with strategy.
Decompose customer needs into intuitive, scalable designs tied to product strategy.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
Validate concepts with usability testing and define success metrics to inform decisions.
