Job summary

McKesson, a healthcare leader, seeks a Product Designer to craft AI-enabled, user-centric experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization. You will drive end-to-end product design initiatives, research insights, and design optimization from discovery to launch for products with minimal supervision.

Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership to deliver scalable design artifacts that enrich the customer experience.

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive experience in product design for enterprise, SaaS, or digital experiences.
Experience end-to-end design for complex product portfolios from discovery to launch.
Proficiency in Figma AI-enabled prototyping, design systems, governance, and tokens.
Expertise in AI-enabled product design including human-AI interaction and rapid prototyping.
Ability to craft scalable design frameworks and enforce consistency across products.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management for discovery sessions and workshops.
Excellent communication and ability to translate insights into executive-ready narratives.
Experience creating and operationalizing AI-enabled design workflows.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end design for AI-enabled product experiences across web, mobile, and channels.
Translate user needs into intuitive workflows and scalable product designs.
Decompose customer needs into intuitive designs tied to product strategy.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and synthesize insights.
Validate concepts via usability testing and define success metrics.
